Apex has made a couple HIC kits in the past and this double clamp version seems to be the most popular. This kit includes the HIC itslelf plus an apex double clamp (OVERSIZED). This kit requires oversized bars only as is and has been said to be one of the strongest HIC systems around! Compatable with Oversized and Standard Size bars. Shim NOT Included
