At The Vault Pro Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a scooter or part has been assembled or ridden, it is no longer eligible for return.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in brand new, unmounted, and resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship the package to our warehouse using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
