The original Generation 1 FlatFace Wheel is back. This was the first wheel ever designed and manufactured by Mike Schneider in 2006, marking a true milestone in fingerboard history.
Using the original hand-drawn design, these wheels have been faithfully brought back in two versions:
The bearing version remains fully compliant with the original G1 geometry while delivering modern performance. This urethane edition is made with Blistered 60D urethane, delivering a soft, grippy, real skate-wheel feel. The G1 wheel is super small, measuring just 6.2mm in diameter x 4.2mm wide, with a squared-off profile that resembles well-worn skateboard wheels from heavy street use. The result is a classic look with a unique ride feel you won’t get from modern, larger wheels.
