PROTO took the design all the way back to its Classic roots with the smooth clean gussets TIG welded out of 4130 Chromoly and 100% Manufactured in San Diego, California, USA, as always! 1-1/4” column, SCS, ICS & IHC compatible. Available in Flat Black and RAW Clear.
